Day 1:
Welcome to Vietnam – Cultural Immersion Begin

Business for Good – Social Enterprises Supporting People with Disabilities
• Morning Visit: Social Impact Business #1Learn how inclusive businesses are empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment and accessible innovation.
• Afternoon Visit: Social Impact Business #2 Dive into another real-world example of purpose-driven entrepreneurship creating value for marginalized communities.
• Evening Reflection Workshop:Use the Lean Business Canvas model to analyze both social enterprises—understanding their mission, market fit, and social impact strategies.
Day 3
Innovation in Action – Bootcamp with Local University Students
• Morning:Participate in an engaging lecture on Human-Centered Innovation & Vietnam’s Social Business Ecosystem, hosted by a local university.Kick off a collaborative bootcamp with Vietnamese students—fostering teamwork, creativity, and cross-cultural learning.
• Lunch:Free & Easy – Enjoy a casual meal and connect informally with your new peers.
• Afternoon:Continue the bootcamp: develop impact-driven business ideas and pitch to a panel of local experts.
• Evening Reflection:Discuss lessons learned in cross-cultural collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
Day 4:
Sustainable Enterprise – Agri-Tech and Innovation for Impact
• Morning Field Visit: Visit a leading agricultural impact business such as Vinasamex, a social enterprise that works with ethnic minority farmers to produce organic spices for export to the EU.Learn how agri-tech and sustainable farming practices are transforming rural livelihoods.
• Afternoon Site Visit: Explore the National Innovation Center or local incubation hub to meet social entrepreneurs and learn how technology fuels innovation in emerging markets.
• Evening Reflection: Consider the role of technology and innovation in addressing complex social and environmental challenges.
Day 5:
Culture & Identity – Understanding Vietnam’s Social Fabric
